Okay, here's a quick summary of "The Cyst"

It's a story about this guy, Isaac, who has been admitted into a mental hospital. By the way, satan works at this nut house just for kicks and is seen in this comic. A Lot. The doctors THINK that Isaac is crazy. well, he kind of is, but that's only because he has a brain tumor the size of a cantaloupe in his head (duh, where else would it be, his ass? )
anyway..... (shut up waffle man!).... so this tumor is discovered and he gets the operation to have said cantaloupe removed. everything is fine and dandy and he once again sane.

and then he returns home, not knowing what was instore for him.
(check out my skillz at foreshadowing. bi-otch!)

so blah blah bla, the tumor grew into a clone of Isaac who is TOTALLY INSANE and knows everything that Isaac knows. oh, and duh, he looks exactly like him so Isaac gets in trouble when THE CYST starts killing peoples.
